When you become an All in Need, Family Support volunteer, you help strengthen families and support a child’s needs by giving parents a chance to regroup.
Volunteers
All in Need, Family Support requires volunteers and staff to complete an application, undergo a Live Scan background check, and have their CPR and First Aid card. All volunteers must complete a training, and are required to be present 30 minutes before the scheduled drop-off time for the children attending an event. This is a required volunteer meeting where the night’s activities are explained and you will be able to view the profile(s) of the child(ren) you’ll be working with that evening.
Please Note: Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate your own children while you volunteer, so please make arrangements for child care.
Volunteer Requirements
You must be at least 12 years old to volunteer. Youth 12 to 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per youth volunteer).
Youth 16 years and older can volunteer on their own.
Come just once or as many times as you would like.
Be realistic when scheduling: the parents and children really depend on you.
