Family FAQs
Does my child qualify for your services?
If you can supply the cover page of your child’s IEP, 504, or a doctor’s note, your child will qualify. We also require an application on each child attending.
What ages are accepted?
Right now we serve children 3 years to 18 years for our respite events. However, if you need help now, please contact us at info@allinneed.org and we will do what we can to get you the support needed.
Our goal for the future is to offer help for all children 18 years and under. We are in the process of building programs for all children.
How much do services cost?
All in Need fees are as follows:
Revive (Three Hour Respite Event)
$50.00 per child (Early Registration Rate)
$75.00 per family (up to 3 children)
Discount applied for multiple children
Memberships are available for discounted rates

What kind of training is required for AiN staff and volunteers?
Several of us are parents or siblings of a child with special needs, but all staff go through an All in Need training. Everyone is also required to complete CPR and First Aid Training.
Do you have a special program for low-income families?
Yes, we do! Please contact info@allinneed.org to see if you qualify.

Will you take all children with special needs?
We would like to accommodate all families and our goal is to support your family. However, it depends on if All in Need can schedule the right staffing for your child. It is our ultimate goal to ensure all children and staff are safe; therefore, staff and children are paired up to best support the child. If a child is putting staff and other children in danger, All in Need may not be able to assist them in the respite program.
Can we drop our child off any time in the three hour event?
No, we allow your child to arrive no later than 15 minutes after we open. All in Need moves from one activity to another, and when we have new children entering an activity, it makes it very difficult for those who have already heard the instructions.
Can we pick our child up early?
Yes, you can pick your child up any time!
Can we stay for the events?
Yes, of course! We want you to feel comfortable with your child’s surroundings and with our staff.
Do you feed the children?
No. We ask that you feed your children before attending an All in Need event. If your child requires a snack while in the care of All in Need, please pack a snack. (No peanut products!)
Will you give my child their medication?
We have a nurse on site during our Revive events. She is able to administer necessary medications for those that require it while attending an event.
Will you make accommodations for my child?
Yes, accommodations are made based on the application that is submitted to All in Need at the time of enrollment. Please make sure your child’s application details what your child is capable of doing, and All in Need will make needed accommodations for all activities.
I want my child to get social interaction. Does All in need support this?
Yes, All in Need does have social activities throughout our nightly program. Children that participate in Revive are among children their own age range and then placed into small groups where they will have a chance to interact with one another.
What if we are running late and we don’t make it to the assigned pick up time?
Pick up is no later than the time that was assigned for the event. If you are late to pick your child up, there is a $2 per minute, per child fee to be paid immediately. Please remember, all All in Need staff are volunteers, so make every effort to pick your child up on time.
How long are the events?
Revive is a three hour program.
Where are the Revive events held?
Our events are held at Oak Park Christian Center in the Children’s Ministry Center (CMC) unless otherwise announced.
Will using AiN services make me look like a bad parent?
NO! All in Need knows how hard it is to raise children with special needs, and we want to support your family in every way. Whether it means that you take a nap for a few hours, spend some 1 on 1 time with your typical-developing child, or you spend time with your partner, we know that every family member is in need. It isn’t just our special angels that have needs.
